  EVALUATION

We evaluate each fix and flip property we get for its highest and best use.
Our fix and flip calculation process walks you through the potential return
on investment (ROI) for each property. Before you buy a property, your Broker
will crunch the numbers for you to ensure you are flipping houses that have
good ROI. 

 PLANNING

 

Once we evaluate the deal and purchased, we go one step further in showing you how to flip a house. For flipping houses, we have developed customized design plans to use as a guide. 

Our Flip Books walk you through all steps of the fix and flip design process. Whether it is picking out a light for the entryway or deciding on the exterior paint, our team has you covered. We’ve developed thirteen different home styles for you and your broker to choose from. These include everything from the Urban Farmhouse to a Midcentury Modern home style.
